Press Association— Electric Telegraph—Copyright Adklaidk, January 20. A man named Frank Ward was arrested at Endunda on a charge of having the goods of an Indian hawker in his possession. Subsequently the body of the Indian was found buried near where Ward was working. Later. In connection with the murder of the Indian hawker the police have ascertained that the Indian camped with Ward, the tracks of whose boots were found in the vicinity of tho grave. The Indian had been killed by blow* on the head with an <ixe.
