Syditey, July 5, In his address Mr Beid said the elections must turn on Federation. He elaborated the amendments to the BiU proposed by the Government and * ] previouslyoutlined. Other proposed '' legislation is Upper House Beform, ' Local Government, Women's Franchise, Old Age Pensions, Exclusion of Aliens, Reform of Mining and Ship- ' ping Laws. -■ ,
