Orange Blossoms.

A quiet bn*- pretty wedding was solerci^i.-ed on 'lliursday afternpon at 3 o'clock at the residence of the bride "a mother, Moanataiari Creek, in the presence of a few relatives and friends, the contracting parties being Miss Emma Rowe, eldest daughter of the late Mr Jas. Rowe, and Mr Ohas, Billing, son of Mr John Billing, of tbe Karaka Creek. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. S. J. Serpell, and the bride, who was attired in a handsome dress of cream figured lustre, trimmed, with lace and orange blossoms, looked exceedingly well. Misses May and Minnie Rowe acted as bridesmaids, and wore pretty blue cashmere dresses trimmed with white lace and silk sashes. Mr Wm. Billing, officiated as best man, and the bride was given away by her brother, Mr R. W. Rowe. After the performance of the ceremony those present sat down to an. excellent wedding breakfact, at which the health of the bride and bridegroom was duly honored. During the evening a party was held at the residence, in hcnor of the occasion, at which games, eongs.dancing, etc., formed the principal amusement. The happy couple were the recipients of a great many useful and ornamental presents, testifying to the esteeip in which they are held. They left this morning for their future home in Coromandel, and took with them the best wishes of a large circle of friends and acquaintances.
