Prince Charlie had a good position throughout, and in the straight came away and won by a length fr«m Tenby, Britannia being a good third. Time, 4mins lsec. Dividend, £8.
March Hawdicap. j Torpina .. .. .. 1 i Huna • • • • 2 Martyrdom .. .. 3 Golden Ployer and Sabrina were scratched. Won by half a length by brilliant horsemanship, Martyrdom a length away third. Time, lmin 43seca. Dividend, £b 12s,
Stakes. Multiform .. • • 1 Sir Launcelot .. .. 2 St. Oonnon .. 3 Forfarshire, Wakelyn, Mosquetus, Hobart and Dotterell were scratched. From a capitalj start St. Connon was first in front, Picklock next and Multiform nearly last. - Before half a furlong was covered Stead's horse had gone to the front and led into the straight, where he was challenged by Sir ftfiuneelot, who came strongly under the whip, but Multiform passed the post a winner by a long neck without punishment, Time, Imlu 23 2-s»ecs» dividend, £1 Us.
