(Per Press Association. Wellington, March 19. Mr A. Collins was re-elected President of the Trades Council. The balance-sheet shows the receipts to he £50 19s sd, and the expenditure £47. The annual report recommends an amendment to tho Corrupt Practices Act to do away with committees' touting, and make dual voting iinI possible.
