DEBATE ON ADDBESS IN-BEPLY. (Per Press Association.) London, January 21. In the debate on the Address-in-Reply, Mr O'Brien, the Parnellite, j member for Kilkenny city, proposed an amendment in favor of amnesty being granted all Irish dynamiters. Sir M. Eidley opposed the amendment and refused to make any exception in the treatment of Irish prisoners.

The amendment was negatived by a large majority. Mr Dillon submitted an amendment to the Address to the effect that the fall in the price of produce required a further reduction in Ireland. The debate was adjourned. I Hon. J. Chamberlain has moved for j the reappoiutment of aEoyal Committee of Enquiry re Jameson's raid in the Transvaal.
