Capetown, April 20.
A number of British naturalised subjects in the Transvaal have been summoned to serve as jurors at the trial of the Rand reformers.
It is reported that Buluwayo is completely surrounded, and that the food supplies will scarcely last a fortnight.
A detachment of German soldiers has arrived at Delagoa Bay. Their passports to Pretoria, which were signed by Kruger, were concealed in their uniforms and luggage.
April 21. Two thousand Boers are within twent}'--five miles of Mafekipg. Their object is ostensibly to prevent the spread of the rinderpest, but they are really preparing for emergency in case the rising among the natives becomes general.
Lord Carrington sails from London for Capetown on Saturday. The rebels are raiding cattle close to Buluwayo. Several sharp skirmishes have taken place, but the laager so far is impregnable.

Kruger has sent an amicable reply to Mr Chamberlain's message, but the details have yet been divulged.
One thousand seats have been reserved for spectators when the trial oi members of the Reform Committee resumes to-day. Capetown, April 21.
A CURE FOR RINDERPEST.
The cattle Inspector at Fort Salisbury has discovered a cure for rinderpest, which consists in dosing the animals with linseed oil and keeping them from water.
