The -'length of such race is 1 mUe or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the southern bink of the Tapu Creek. The mean depth of such race is 2ft 6in, and ■ the mean, breadth is 4ft, and it is proposed to divert 10 Government-heads of water. ' .
