Bangkok, This day. The Mandarin Phayro has been acquitted of the murder of Inspector Q-rosgurm, the massacre of whose party was ostensibly the cause of the quarrel between France and Siam. Though the Europeans in Bangkok are satisfied of the fairness of the trial, the French insist that Pharyo shall be tried again before French and Siamese Judges.
