Seizure of Goods by the Customs.

Wellington, This day. The Customs have seized 128 dozen of silk handkerchiefs and 20 pieces of dress silk consigned to a Chinese dealer, and which, it is elleged, he undervalued in the invoice. The department secured the goods at the invoice price, with 10 per cent, added.
