The Executive Council to-day had the case of Williams (Deeming) under consideration, whea it was decided not to interfere with the sentence of death passed on him. The execution has been fi^ed for ten o'clock on the morning of Monday, the 23rd last,
This day.
Deeming repeats the story of the £aia« hill murders as given at the inquest by his wife's sister.
Miss Rouasefell has visited him privately i and Deeming gave her sketches of the ttpo torgbstotes |o a South African cemetery between which be said eleven thousand pounds worth of gold was buried.
