SITUATION SERIOUS.
[Pb»Bb ABBOCIATION.] Washington, January 13. President Harrison is reported to have informed the Cabinet that the Chilian situation is serious, inasmuch as there is an absence of expression of regret for the attack made on the sailors belonging to the U.S. warship Baltimore by the Chilians.
