The constitution of the New Zealand Eugby Football TJoion makes every provision for cases of misconduct It provides that when a man is disqualified by one Union, the other Unions affiliated in tha New Zealand Union must recognise tbat disqualification, and gives the N Z. Union power in the event of an Union neglecting to institute a searching enquiry iato charges of misconduct asjainst a player, to set up an enquiry itsdf. Mr Hobon has been appointed Secretary of tho Uoicn pj-o tern. All the Unions in New Zealand will be supplied with the minutes of the Conference, which are very voluminous.
