j THE CASE PEOCEEDING. [Pejbsb Association.] Wai-ganui, This day. The hearing of the alleged murder case arising out ot the death of Emily Kate Spiccr through the performance of an abortion operation was commenced at the Police Court this morning. Sergeant Major Acderson conducted the case for the police and Mr D. Hogg appeared for the accused, Caroline Peyman. The proceedings are in the main a repetition of the evidence adduced at tho late inquest.
