Matter of erecting new Borough Chambers will, we understand, be discussed at to-night's meeting. It is stated in connection with the Oamara licensing election having been declared void, that the district having failed to elect a committee, the power of appointment now reverts to the Governor. Mr W. J. Speight is at present on a visit to the Thames.
