WESTPORT.—This day.

The .Wrecked Suva-

Capt. Bendall and Mr Daniells, of the Union Co., are here on business connected with the launching of the Suva. A preliminary enquiry commenced to-day. The vessel remains in the same position; at high tide the seas wash over the bridge, and the hall ig quite fall of water. The forecastle galley, cabin, etc.,' are com* pletely Wrecked, and the interior of the steamer bears a desolate appearance. The greater portion of the bulwarks are also destroyed, but the deck and bull appear to be little damaged- The steamer is now lying almost broadside on to the seas, and is embedded about six feet in the sand.
