A- J.O. Spring: Meeting. The races under the auspices of the Australian Jockey Club took place to-day at Eandwick, with the following results.
Hfbdlb Kacb.—Ellerslie, 1; Tuvictus, 2;^Sooiety, 3. « Tbial Stakes.—Carlyon, 1; Charger, 2; Lady KallendoD, 3. A. J.O. Debbt.—Hon. J. White's Abercorn, 1; Mr Cooper's Niagara (an Anokland bred colt), 2; Australian Peer, 3. Pour others started, tjz/: Bowmont, Matador, Lara, and Enfilade. Abereorn won by a length from Niagara, and Enfilade finished last. Time, 2mins 39£ sees.
Epsom Handicap.—Fbaon, 1; Di?i« dend, 2; Leichardt, 3.
Spbing Stakes.—Trident, 1; Duolop, 2 ; Honey dew, 3."
Weiteb Handicap.—Victory, 1 ; Kingswood, 2; Stamford, 3. The Hon. J. White succeeded in winning three events out of the six on the programme. The Metropolitan StakesThe following are the probable starters for the Metropolitan. Stakes to be run Tuesday : - Spade Guinea, First Chester, Jewel, Dunlop, Kitawa, Acolyte, Alpha, Crossfire, 'Frisco, Phaon, Folly, Matador, Dividend, Morok, Cardigan, Felon, Aberdeen, and TTppereut.
