Sib,—Your correspondent " Oheitamar " will no doubt be gratified to know that the error of which he complains was not committed by me; it must, therefore, be either a reporter's or printer's. I observed it when published, aDd intended correcting it, it having, however, slipped my memory I beg to thank "Oheltamar" for his courteousness, in calling attention to it; at the same time assuring T our correspondent ; that the word « Enoch " was not used by me during the discourse, but Enos t enosli,enash, anashum ; their derivation and meaning according to the best Hebrew Lexicons were used, and their meaning was in no sense added !te. Had " Oheltamar" been present when the address was given I think ho would not have rushed into print on the matter, but under the eircumstances-i.e., his not having hearf, and seeing the printed error, he is quite justified in the step
