NOTICE iB hereby given that an Fxtraordinary Geseral Meeting of the Southern Crocs Goldmining Company (Limited) will be held at the Bfgistered Offi. c of the Company, New Zealand Insurance Company V Buildings, Queen street, Auckland, on FRIDAY, Ihe 24th day of November instant, at Three o'clock p.m., for the paipoee of passing, if approved, the following resolutions : — 1. That it is expedient, to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited), and that with a view thereto, this Company be woun' up voluntarily, and James Stodart be, and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up. 2. That the said Liquidator be, and he ihereby authorised to consent to the registration of a new Company, to be named the Deep' Level Ciojs Goldmining Company (Limited), with a memorandum and Articles of Associalio»>, which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the conditional Agreement submitted to this meeting be, and the same is hereby approved, and that the Liquidator be, and he is hereby authorised to adopt the e.vd Agreement, and to carry the same into effect. ' i NOTICE is hereby given that an Extre3r- 1 dinar/ General Meeting of the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited), will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen street Auckland, on FBI- , DAY, the 24th day of November, instant, at Two o'clock, p.m., for the purpose of passiug • if approved, the following resolution ; — 1. That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Southern Cross Goldming Company '■.
