London, August 29. Australians Beat England's Crack Team. The cricket match England v. Australia was resumed to day at the Oval. The second innings of the visitors has closed for a total of 122 runs. The cricket match between the Australian team and All England Eleven was concluded to-day at the Oval. The latter in their second innings only succeeded in scoring 77 runs, the Australians thus winning the match by seven runs. The following are the totals :—Australians, first innings, 63 ; second, 122 ; England, first innings, 101; second, 77.'

The Irish Constabulary. Five mutinous members of the Irish Constabulary have been dismissed at Limerick, and sixty others have resigned in consequence. There is great discontent throughout the force.
