TAUPO.
This day. The Land Purchase Commissioner arrived at Taupo a few days ago much to the happiness of the natives of this district, who have been long looking for the presence of a government officer to adjust the extensive land transactions left incomplete by the late administration. Mr Mitchell is accompanied by Mr Edwards.
