Difficulty about the Conference.
Russia objects to holding it at
Vienna.
London, Wednesday.
Russia refuses to agree to the Austrian proposal for a Conference at Vienna, and desires the Conference to take place at a town in some smaller State.
The Greek army has been ordered to stop their advance into Thessally.
The European Powers promise to pro* tect the northern Greek provinces.
