ALBURNIA.
The crashing at the Herald battery during the last few days has been going for rather better than an ounce and a half per ton. The general retorting and cleaning up for the month- takes place in a day or two, but before that eventuates there are some 25 cwt of specimens and picked stone to crush. Skeen and party have finished their crushing of five loads of dirt at. the' Prince Alfred mill for the yield of Seas 18dwts gold.
