When a householder irows that a person within the house occupied by him is tnken sick of small-pox, choleva, or any other highly infectious disease dangerous to tbe people, lio shall immediately giro notice thereof to the Local Board of the District in -which he dwells. If be rf fuses or neglects to give ' such notice lie shall forfeit a sum not exceeding ten pounds. It shall be . the duty of the medical practitioner [ in attendance on such case to state to the householder, as early as possible, the infectious nature of such diieo.se. And notice is hereby given that Parents of all children who hare had SCARLATINA or any OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASE are directed to obtain from the Medical Officer to the Board of Health, Thames, or from any other duly qualified Medical man, a certificate that their children are free from any such disease before sending them to any School.
