TAPU. - „ Holt and party, working the Casarea, lodged 16 ounces 14dwts melted gold. HAPE CREEK. Hardiman and party, working a claim on this creek, lodged 7 ounces 3dwts. melted gold. * . STONELY ABBEY. Reed and party, shareholders in this claim, Collerbone, crushed 10 tons at the old Bright Smile mill for 4 ounces 13dwts melted gold. UNA. The tributers, Reitman and party, realised 3 ozs 14 dwts retorted gold, and the tributers, Quinlan and party, 14 dwts melted gold. This claim, owned by Taylor and party, situate on the Ohio creek, Upper Tararu, realised on their first crushing 2 ounces to the ton. Since then, the parties have been engaged in making roads from the mine to the mill; opening out a new face to the reef lower down the spur, and owing to the extreme wetness of the season this work has been retarded by slips of earth, necessitating its removal, and also the mixture of a large quantity of dirt with the portion of reef now trucked to the Missouri battery, 36 trucks of stuff have realised 20 ounces 6 dwts melted gold. Tho proprietors are quite satisfied with this result, and will shortly have another crushing, when the stone obtained from the reef will be free from rubbish. On driving on the reef at the low level, the hanging wall side has not been cut through, and the body of stone at present is fully 6 feet, and of a superior description to that portion treated at the present crushing, GOLDEN CALF. The crushing of about 90 tons at the Prince Alfred mill has yielded 77 ounces 15 dwts gold. ALBURNIA. The interim cleaning up for the company has realised 53 ounces 5 .dwts melted gold. POINT RUSSELL. The No. 1 tribute worked by Teasdale and party has yielded 47 ounces 10 dwts retorted gold from 27 tons crushed at the Moanatairi mill. No. 2 tribute worked by Fisk and party crushed a small parcel of picked stone realising 7 ounces 15 dwts 12 grains melted gold. WINDFALL. Jenkins and party crushed a small parcel of stone for 2 ounces Idwt. gold. GOLDEN SPUE. Adam and party, from a small trial lot realised at the Prince Alfred battery 1 ounce 18dwts. retorted gold; and the tribute held by Mr Thomas realised 2 ounces sdwts from 15 tons reduced at the Hape Creek mill. SOUTH STAFFORD. 40 tons of stone crushed at Mr Thomas' mill, Hape Creek, realised for the owner 14 ounces 9dwts. retorted gold. SHOTOVER. Dabb and party, tributers, crushed at tke Euranui battery 14 tons for the fair return of 21 ounces retorted gold. CHRISTMAS GIFT. From this claim, Batten and party, have crushed from 301bs. of atone 10 ounces of gold.

GOLDEN AGE. Burns and party realised on a parcel of picked stone reduced at Manning's works, from Beehive section on tribute, 2 ounces 19 dwfcs melted gold. THE CITY OF LONDON Crushed at Bull's battery, 20 loads from No. 1 reef 3rd level, which realised only 2 ounces gold, and 95 loads from No. 4 reef yielded 55 ounces 12 dirts, which on melting gave a total of 55 ounces 12 [ dwts gold.
