I Deae Sir,—For four months I was laid up at the' Thames with rheumatism, contracted from working in tlie mines.- Although not confined to my bed, I was unable to walk without the aid of a stick, and my body was bent nearly doublei I may state that all this time I was under medical treatment without receiving the 'slightest benefit. At the suggestion of some friends, I was induced to try the Waiwera Hot Springs^ I bathed'regu'' larly three times a day and drank freely of the water, and I now find myself, afterl a fortnight's residence, quite cured. I am entirely free from ache or pain, and in better health than I ever was. lam Igrateful to you, sir, for the benefits and attention I have .received, and would' strongly/ 1 recommend others similarly afflicted to " throw physic to the dogs," which I have proved to be useless in the jcase of Eheumatism. ; Yours, truly, ' Peteu Maetin. . ; E.
