rously attended levee. He then proceeded to a fete given to the native children, numbering 7,000. The Prince was greatly pleased at the novel spectacle, and the enthusiasm exhibited by the children. The children'sang the hymn, '• God Bless the Prince of Wales," in the native tongue. The whole scene was- most striking.; The .
