This day. Denis Wright, known throughout the colony in similar ways, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment to-day for passing valueless cheques. Mr W. H. Farnall is announced as a candidate for Rodney, Mr Sheehan's constituency. He declares in favor of Sir George Grey. . •
