' w l47nfeSce: OaditiOnß M *° Wruptcy.—An Insurance Polioy effected by the Insured, Una fide on his own life, is protected from bankruptcy or insolvency laws io a certain amount, which increases witV its duration. Thus, after it has eridured for two years, it is protected'to- the-extent of'£Bool after five years, to £500;-after seven year, to £1000; after ten years, to £2000. TixU protection applies only in favour of the personal representative of the Insured. 9—Married women may effect Poli* cies, dispose of the money by will, as if single ; and their Polioies are protected frorn^ the debts of their husbands, according to duration, to amounts similar to those stated above. 10-Settlement Policies.—Policies effected for the benefit of tbe wife and children of-the Insured are absolutely protected from the claims of creditors to tbe extent of £2000, provided that the premiums are payable during life, or any period not less than seven years. If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently made by will. 11—Probate, Sec, dispensed with —When a claim under a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. 12-Prompt payment of Clainu and no discount charged. * W.
