The principal prize will be THE BIRTHDAY CUP, VALUE £50. This will be compe'ed for in three running handicaps of 100 yards, 300 yards, and 880 yards. For running first in any of the races 6 poinis will he allowed, for running second 4 points, and for running third 2 points. The Competitor scoring the highest to'alof poinis i- the three races will receive the first priz , £25 in money, and a Valuable Silver Cup p?esented by Mr Joseph Ellis, Excbungs Hotel, Queen street.
