MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.

At a meeting of directors held this day at the office of Mr Wardell, it was resolved to prosecute the works with rigour, and to do so efficiently a call of one shilling per share was made payable on the 13th October, and the appointment of mine'manager conferred on E. W. Lowe, formerly of"Dixori's No. 1 compasy.
