MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.
TiIBUA. GoLDMININa COMPANY,
A special meetipg of the Tairua Goldmining Company was held to-day in the Mechanics' Institute, $he object being to confirm the resolutions passed at the meeting of August 18th. Mr Jackson was called to the chair. He stated the object of the meeting was purely v formal, and called upon the secretary, Mr E. T. Wildman, to read over the resolutions which were come to by the former
meeting held on August 11th. - The iecretary having read the .very lengthy minutes, they were approved and declared carried, and the resolutiqhs embodied in them confirmed. A rota of thanks to the chairman terminated the meeting.
