CIVIL SIDE.
HOGG V MACKENZIE—'JUDGMENT.
This was an action to recover possession of land and premises at Puriri, heard last Court day. Mr Brassey for plaintiff. In this case His Worship gare judgement-, as. time was of consequence. No doubt the property belonged to Hogg. The claim set up by Mackenzie had no doubt something in it, but it was insufficient for him to entertain. He would therefore order the premises to be giren up within three days from to-day. In consequence of the unsatisfactory nature of the agreement of tenure —if there was any —costs would not be allowed. Court adjourned.
