This day
The Star of the South put back after going 680 miles on her voyage to Levuka, having broken her shaft. Andrew Scott, a passenger by the Phoebe, has been arrested on telegram from Christchurch, on a charge of fraudulent bankruptcy. He was brought up at the Police Court to-day and remanded for further information.
