At a meeting, of shareholders, Mr Tyler in the chair, if; was resolved to form this claim into a company under the mining District Act, with SoQO.shares of £1 each, 2000 to be held in trust for the company, nil paid up. Mr Horsbrugh appointed manager, who was empowered to proceed, with deed of association and fix preliminaries, in order that the necessary rules and election of directors be w»fch at the next meeting to beheld as soon as possible.
