O'HiXLORAN & Co. report: —Sale on Saturday was well attended, and the following prices were realised—Apples, from 3id to SJd per 1b; I»lßnd orangr *, 7» 6d to 9a per case ; tea, 1» lOd tp 2i p»r lb ; sugar, from 4d to 5d per lb; eggt, in quantity, Is 4d per doz ; good salt butter, ls.6d; medium ditto, 1« and Is 3d per lb; wheat, for feed, 4s 8d per bu»hel; maize, New Zealand, 6s per bushel; oats, Canterbury, 4s to 4s 3d per bushel. Furniture and sundries brought fnir prices.
