The accused pleaded not 'guilty. e---:Mr Bullen applied for a remand, as Ihe accused had only been apprehended a quarter of an "hour previously, while endeavoring to pawn the watch. His Worship having enquired of the accused whether he understood tho charge, and on his answering in the affirmative, and persisting in his plea of not guilty, remanded him till Monday, the 16th.
