Mr Black is now engaged in so arranging the clacks that,will enable the shifting and replacing such without drawing the lifts, saving the time so spent, and enabling the workmen to adjust the severpl jrarts by removing the door of the clack piece ; thus ensuring greater safety in the mode as well as speed in effecting the necessary changes or repairs.
