True Briton G.M.Co.
A meeting of shareholders of the True Briton was held last night at the Bowcn, when a company was formed with the above designation; capital £15,000 in 15,000 shares of £1 each. Mr F. J. Wardell was appointed manager, and Messrs E. Comer, E. Cameron, J. Hudson, Wm. Goldsworthy, and E. Lowe, were elected provisional directors. Eules were also adopted.
