The Tokatea got 210lbs of specimens during last night. Altogether they have about one thousand pounds on'hand, and another lot may be looked for to-night. There is a good show, of gold also in the Van level; The mine generally is looking first rate. . Union Beach—Specimens likely to.be got to-day. . .'. ... The Three Brothers finish cleaning and' retorting to-day. Heenan's claim is showing first rate gold. ' . The City of Auckland came across some good stone during the morning. The Golconda has a fair show of gold on the plates to-day. Whangapoua.—The Fanny cutter arrived to-day.
