J\ Buimee for a LICENSE to construct a Water Eace for mining purposes, commencing at a pcint indicated by a peg marked X, about 1& roilpa above- tho old t>ack leading from Smith's stove to The Brothers claim, and terminal ing at a point indicated by a peg marked X, about a mile below the Livingstoi c claim, Turin. The length of euch race is cix milrs rv thereabouts, and its intended course is south westerly. The mran breadth and depth of such Race is six feet by four feet, and it is capable of carrying five sluice heads of water, and the land required for the said race is eixty six feet on each side of the centre of the said race. NOTICE is,therefore given, that on the twenty fourth day of August, 1875, a License may be granted to tlie said C.
