KARANGAHAKE COMPANIES.
At a meeting of delegates from the All Nations, Prospectors and Mazeppa companies, Ohinemuri, held on Saturday evening at the Governor Bo wen Hotel, Mr J. M. Macdonald in'the chair, the subject of amalgamation was discussed and favorably entertained, but pending an offer from certain gentlemen to erect a 40 stamper mill on property, su'dh^ofTer to'be deposited within 14 days, the meeting adjourned. ■•'''.
