MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.
Mazeppa G.M.Co. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Mazeppa G.M. Co. (Limited) was held at the Court House, Ohinemuri, on Wednesday. There were 7500 share srepresented. Mr Adam Porter was voted to the chair. Messrs Porter, Clark, * Barrett, Hennelly, Dovin, McCloughen and Stewart were elected directors. Mr J. L. Clark was elected secretary. The office of the Company is to be at Newell-sfcreefc, Mackaytown. The rules of the Gem G.M.Co., Tairua, were adopted, with slight alterations. Amalgamation with several of the adjoining claims was talked of at the meeting for the purpose of erecting machinery, and the directors were requested to take steps to further that object.
