This day. TbefannualKnieeting of the New Zealand Insurance Company was held this afternoon. The "report showed that the premiums received amounted to £78,3^2 —an increase of £15,115 over the last half-year. The marine losses were above the average, including the Cospatrict, the Blencathra., Gothenburg, and Jason. The ■total logses were £62,444. to s credit of profit and loss, £19,686. A dividend at the rate of twenty, per cent, was "declared. ' ' ;
