WARDEN'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before W. Fraser, Esq., Warden) The Warden held a sitting this morning at 11 o'clock for the disposal of the following cases :— LIVINGSTONE CLAIM. With regard to this application, His Worship said the license would be granted subject to a slight correction in the plan. BTTONA VENTUBA. The applicants in this case were Grieves, Jackson, and others. . His Worship said there had been an objection to ,this lease, laid; by Walker; and others, but the objection was lodged' one day too. late. Mr Tyler applied to have the license granted in the name of Jackson, to save the difficulty of procuring the signatures of the full number of shareholders. His Worship said he would do so if the authority of the persons named m the application was obtained. COMMONWEALTH G.M. CO. Mr Tyler for applicant. The objectors were Thomas Baird and 'J. S. Kelly.
