THIS DAY. (Before J. Davies and J. Kilgour, Esqs., J.'sP.) SUPPOSED LUNACY. John Eussell, alias Bossef, was brought up on .remand from the 19 th instant, on suspicion of being of unsound mind. Mr Bullen said the. man was suffering from delirium tremens, and was being attended by Dr. Fox. He would ask for a remand until Saturday, and if in the meantime the man was sufficiently recovered he (Mr Bullen) would ask for his discharge. By this the necessity for a second remand would be obviated. --; Remand granted;-- „-, . . ; The Court then adjourned. ;
