PANAMA,
Bolivian advices report-a revolution at La Paz. After President Frias had left with a force for, Oruru, the Council and Minister and others shut themselves up in the Government palace and stood a seige. Revolutionary women acted like Communist petroleuscs, and tried to fire the palace with kerosene. Commander Granier, at Viachia, heard of tho outrage, and marched an armed force six leagues, at quick inarch. He arrived ( just as they were going to surrender, and charged the mob. He routed them, killing 58, and wounding a great number.
