received at this office'for transmission to Melbourne uprtill 4 p.m. of the 20 th in st. Telegrams for any ploce in Tictoria, South Australia, New South Wales, and Queensland; will be received at this office for transmission to the ———:— —- and will there be posted as ara ordinary letter free of postage, to the address given in the »essage, or will be forwarded to the nearest Telegraph Station '.'in ' and telegraphed to its destination; the Australian rates being collected from the receiver.
