Mr Bullen said Wall had been visited by Dr Kilgour, and he was now in a sound state of mind. <. Discharged. GOATS AT LAKGE. Robert Nicoli was charged with having committed a breach of Bye-law No 3 by allowing four goats to be at large in Pollen street, Shortland.' • „„ Mr Bullen said the nuisance of stray goats ,w|s^becoming, jr.ery prevalent, and Ibne s , JitJl ,lwas impossible to put dpwiw^ith. the^ limited, j^mber of : police. i -It was' impossible *"to SriVe those goats to the pound. John |&oldsworthy was charged with having committed a breach of the same Bye-law, by allowing one goat to be at large in Davy street, Thames, on the 24th instant. Fined Is and costs. " The Court then adjourned.
