Coromandel, This day. The Harbour View start crushing at the commencement of next week, and expect from two to three ounces per ton. The Royal Oak got a small parcel of specimens yesterday. > : Main's Claim started* crushing' at the Plutus battery. The Three Brothers had a parcel of specimens to-day. The Two Brothers cutter leaves for the Thames to morrow. The Coromandel Mail conns out next week as a bi-weekly; its death is inevitable. A new journal advocating^ the same views as the Coromandel News, is already talked of. A meeting of supporters"has been 'initiated. " The Cabbage Bay Mills is still stopped. A fresh is wanted; hundreds of logs are lying in ,the creek ready. " Mrs O'Toolo died this morning.
